For fragrance and makeup orders we offer:
- Free standard shipping on all orders over SAR 177 otherwise AED 25.
Delivery between 10am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.
Orders will be delivered within:
1 to 2 business days to Jeddah
2 to 3 business days to Riyadh
2 to 6 business days other areas
- Same day delivery – Jeddah:
Delivery between 10am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Sunday will be delivered the same day.
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from www.carolinaherrera.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you can return any product to us.
Returns must be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. Please note that returns are only free of charge from the regions we deliver to for fragrances and make-up orders.
To return any item you can use the pre-filled and prepaid return label that you will find inside the envelope.
Then, proceed to return the package in its original packaging:
- Send us the parcel from your nearest drop off point: Scan the QR code or visit https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=es_ES
- Once the return is scheduled, the courier will collect the package within 3 to 5 working days.
You will be refunded to your original form of payment within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receipt of your cancellation notice or returned product(s) by our Customer Service team.
To initiate a return, you can do so through our returns portal, where you will be able to obtain the return label.
All returned items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed and accompanied by all documents provided with them at the time of delivery.
Any personalized, revised or altered products, or any products returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled, may not be refunded.
If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Carolina Herrera will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
Please note that all fragrance and makeup items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Try, Buy & Decide
As we are unable to accept returns of beauty products that have been opened, we offer free samples of our fragrances, so you can decide if they are right for you before opening them.
When you order any of our beloved fragrances, select a sample of this fragrance at checkout, if it is not already pre-selected. We only recommend choosing an alternative sample if you are sure you wish to keep your fragrance purchase, as once the full-size item has been opened it will no longer be eligible for return, as per our returns policy. Please remember the sampling is restricted to stock availability. Find out more.
