The Rules can be consulted on the website www.carolinaherrera.com (the “Website”), for the duration of the Campaign. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time and to take any decisions it may consider relevant concerning their application and interpretation.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and prosecute any person disseminating content on the Organizer's Website that is morally offensive, violates the rights of third parties or is promotional.

Article 3: Conditions of Participation

Conditions of participation:

Participation in the Campaign is open to anyone with Internet access.

By accessing the Website and participating in the Campaign, participants will have access to Suno.ai software. Participants acknowledge that the referred software uses artificial intelligence for the provision of the services, therefore, any use made by the Participants will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Suno.ai and that are available here and that are expressly accepted. The Organizer is not responsible for the use of the Suno.ai software by the Participants and neither for the use of artificial intelligence technology.

Anyone who does not provide all required information, or who provides inaccurate, false and/or incomplete information, or who does not meet the conditions stipulated in these Rules, will not be allowed to participate.

How to play:

Participants must participate in the Campaign on the Website, between 03/11/2025 and 06/01/2026, to receive a promotional code, which will be valid only during the Campaign period.

The promotional code may be used multiple times by the participant throughout the Campaign (from 03/11/2025 until 06/01/2026 - 11:59 pm). Only one promotional code can be applied in each online purchase.

Once the Campaign ends, the promotional code will expire and will no longer be valid for use.

Participants must order between 03/11/2025 and 06/01/2026 to qualify for the GWP.

Under no circumstances will the Organizer be held responsible if the Participant does not use the promotional code within the specified time frame for reasons not attributable to the Organizer.

GWP cannot be exchanged, modified nor exchanged for a financial compensation or equivalent. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the GWP by another one of similar value without being subject to any claim or complaint.

Article 5: Results

The participants, Organizer and operators expressly agree that the computer systems and files of the Organizer and operators are authentic, until proven otherwise. The dates and times recorded have been provided by the operators' computer system. They cannot be contested by participants.

It is expressly agreed that the data contained in the information systems in the possession of the Organizer or its technical service providers will serve as conclusive evidence regarding connection and participation.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage caused to participants, their computers and/or data stored therein.

The Organizer prohibits participants from altering the Campaign’s format by any means whatsoever. In this respect, the Organizer reserves the right to enforce equal opportunity for participants, in particular, through the courts or by any other appropriate means.

Furthermore, any attempt to use the Campaign outside the unmodified interface operating on the Website will be considered an attempt at fraud. Campaign disintegration or the use of a personal script or any other method designed to circumvent the Campaign as provided for in these Rules will also be considered an attempt at fraud and will result in the participant’s immediate elimination.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, delay, interrupt and/or postpone the Campaign, or to amend all or part of the terms and conditions of the Rules without incurring any liability.
