Shipping
We ship throughout the continental United States. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to Puerto Rico, military bases (APO, FPO), DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, nor General Delivery service. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended*.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $30. For orders under this amount, the cost for Standard shipping is $10.
Delivery between 9am-8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Orders before noon (Eastern time) will be delivered within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday). Throughout the United States except Alaska and Hawaii.
- Express shipping options:
Overnight: $40
Delivery to business by 10:30am and to residences by 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may differ from delivery times in the contiguous U.S.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will take one day to process and will be shipped the following day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
2-Day: $35
Delivery to business by 4:30 pm and to residences by 8pm, Monday to Friday. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may differ from delivery times in the contiguous U.S.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be delivered in 2 business days.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday.
3-Day: $25
Delivery to business by 4:30 pm and to residences by 8pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the United States except Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be delivered in 3 business days.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Thursday.
Throughout the United States except Alaska and Hawaii.
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from carolinaherrera.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we would like to help with your return.
- For Fashion Products: Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product. All discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All returned items must be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached to them. Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete or soiled, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Carolina Herrera will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
To initiate a return, you can do so through out returns portal, where you will be able to obtain your return label. Please note that returns are free of charge from the regions we deliver to.
Once your package has been prepared, please schedule a collection with FedEx: call 1.800.463.3339. You will be refunded to your original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your returned product(s) by our Customer Service team.
- For Beauty Products (Fragrances and Makeup): Returns must be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days of receiving the product. Please note that returns are free of charge from the regions we deliver to.
Send us the parcel from your nearest drop off point (visit https://local.fedex.com/en-us). Alaska and Hawai necessary documentation for returns needs to be managed by the customer.

You will be refunded to your original form of payment within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned product(s) by our Customer Service team. All returned items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed and accompanied by all documents provided with them at the time of delivery. Any personalized, revised or altered products, or any products returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled, will not be refunded, and will only be returned to you at your expense.
If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, CAROLINA HERRERA will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
