Shipping

We ship worldwide. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to military bases (APO, FPO), DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, nor General Delivery service. All packages are sent using Express shipping.

We offer complimentary shipping for all orders above:

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer's responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.

The shipment arrival is dependent on the destination country. All tracking information will be sent to you once you place your order.

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from carolinaherrera.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact our

Once your order is placed, we cannot modify the details of your shipping address. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your fashion purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, you can do so through our returns portal, where you will be able to obtain the return label.

All items must be returned new, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all tags attached to them. We are unable to accept items that are returned damaged, worn, soiled or incomplete.

The fee to return an order is determined by the destination country and the size of the parcel. The value will be shared at the time you make the return request.

The refund period can take up to 14 days from the receipt of your return at our warehouse. You will receive an email once we have received and checked your items. The refund will be credited to the original payment card.

We offer a secure checkout as all payments are processed through Global-e, a global shipping partner.

To create an account, click on the My Account icon visible on the top right corner of the website and enter your details. Creating an account will allow you to track your orders, save your address and card details and access your shopping bag across different devices.

To edit your personal information, log into your account using the My Account icon visible on the top right corner of the website.

To re-set your password, follow the “Forgotten password” instructions on the Sign in page under My Account. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

Only one code may be used per order, so please choose the best code for your purchase. Additionally, codes cannot be used on Sale items.
