We deliver throughout Chile, except for P.O. boxes, military bases, mailing lists, and the following areas:

For fragrance and makeup orders, we offer:

Free standard shipping on all orders.

Delivery times:

- Metropolitan Region:

Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 p.m.

1 to 3 days for other orders.

- Other regions: 1 to 7 days.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

During the holiday season, our warehouse will be closed on December 25 and 26 and January 1. Any orders placed on these days will be shipped, it will be processed on the next business day.

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit from carolinaherrera.com to the delivery address. Once the package has been delivered to the indicated address, it is no longer covered by the insurance.

Returns

We hope you loved your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your products.

For fragrance and makeup orders:

Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the product.

Please note that returns are free of charge from the regions where we deliver, only for fragrance and makeup orders.

To initiate a return, you can do so through our returns portal, where you will be able to obtain the return label.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method within fifteen (15) days from the date the returned products are received.

All returned items must be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed, and accompanied by all documentation included at the time of delivery.

Any personalized, modified, or altered product, or any item returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete, or stained may not be eligible for a refund.

If your return does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, Carolina Herrera will not be able to refund the cost of the products.

Try, Buy & Decide

Since we cannot accept returns of opened beauty products, we offer free samples of our fragrances so you can decide if they’re right for you before opening the full-size product.

When ordering any of our fragrances, select a sample of the same fragrance at checkout, if it’s not already pre-selected. We only recommend choosing an alternative sample if you’re certain you’ll keep your purchased fragrance, as once the full-size item is opened, it is no longer eligible for return, according to our return policy.
