About the Herrera Airways AI experience

Herrera Airways is a virtual assistant powered by generative artificial intelligence. It is an automated service: you are interacting with an AI system. It suggests our products based on the information you choose to share. Please note that its responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your needs and may change over time. The price, availability and characteristics displayed on the relevant product page prevail.

Your conversations with the AI Cabin Crew are recorded by Carolina Herrera. We process them to provide the service, keep it secure and to improve AI Cabin Crew, based on our legitimate interests. Conversations are retained for 6 months and deleted at the end of that period. You may object to these processing activities at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Please do not share personal data relating to third parties, health-related information or other sensitive information (e.g. religious beliefs). For more information on how we process your data and on your rights, please see our Privacy Policy.
