Shipping

Your order will be prepared Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM will be shipped the same day, while those placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be prepared on the next business day.

We offer different types of shipping:

- Free standard shipping on all orders over $500; otherwise, it costs $79.

Orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit from carolinaherrera.com to the delivery address. Once our package has been delivered to the specified address and a delivery confirmation has been signed, the package is no longer covered by insurance. To ensure your purchases are delivered correctly and in optimal condition, we require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the products to us.

Returns must be requested within seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of the product. Please note that returns are free from the regions where we deliver, only for fragrance and makeup orders.

To initiate a return, you can do so through our returns portal, where you will be able to obtain the return label.

The return of Products must be made by the customer within seven (7) calendar days from the moment the customer has notified the Company of their intention to return.

All returned items must be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed, and accompanied by all documents included at the time of delivery.

Any personalized, modified, or altered product, or any product returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete, or stained will not be refunded.

If your return does not meet these Terms and Conditions, Carolina Herrera will not be able to refund the cost of the products.

Try, Buy & Decide

Since we cannot accept returns of beauty products that have been opened, we offer free samples of our fragrances, so you can decide if they are suitable for you before opening them. Learn more.

When you order any of our beloved fragrances, select a sample of that fragrance and/or makeup at checkout, if it is not already pre-selected. We only recommend choosing an alternative sample if you are sure you want to keep your purchased fragrance, as once the full-size item has been opened, it will no longer be eligible for return, according to our return policy. Samples are subject to stock availability.
