Her Lens, Chapter One:

To inaugurate the series, we collaborated with photographer Zoë Joubert and stylist Anita Szymczak on an exclusive editorial featuring looks from Carolina Herrera’s Pre-Fall 2025 collection.

Their story is visually striking and deeply instinctive — an atmosphere that emerges at the intersection of their two creative worlds, with Carolina Herrera as a shared point of inspiration. The shoot captures the collection’s whimsical spirit and tactile elegance, rooted in Creative Director Wes Gordon’s inspiration: his mother’s 1950s doll collection and its handmade wardrobe. Defined by exaggerated silhouettes, tailored separates, and intricate details, the Pre-Fall collection balances bold glamour with playful refinement, all finished with fantastical accessories like crystal bows and oversized buttons.

Zoë’s approach is intuitive and cinematic. She shoots digitally, embracing a clean, slightly surreal aesthetic that brings both immediacy and intimacy to her images. Anita draws from design and the sculptural potential of garments. Her styling is spontaneous, energetic, and guided by a sense of joy.

“What’s inspiring you right now as a creative woman?” In my case, it’s always about random shapes I discover in exhibitions. I’m very inspired by design — everything around the object — and that’s how I create my looks, I would say.
