Take the time to smile!

Smile! Carolina Herrera is teaming up with the Smiley® Company to create a capsule collection complete with special smile-fied editions of fragrances, a special custom Matryoshka handbag, and a sunshine yellow evening gown with big grins for polka dots.

The heart of the collaboration is 212 x Smiley®, a limited edition of two of the most iconic and popular fragrances of the House of Herrera. The Smiley®, in its unmistakable yellow, is displayed on the bottles in a playful pattern.

Discover two limited edition feel good scents that celebrate the original Smiley® – a global symbol of happiness.

212 VIP Rosé Smiley®

The eau de parfum for women 212 VIP Rosé x Smiley® evokes the scent of happy memories, a formula that exudes freshness and fun with Madagascar mandarin (Top Notes), lavender from France (Heart Notes), and patchouli from Sulawesi (Base Notes).

212 VIP Black Smiley®

The eau de parfum for men 212 VIP Black x Smiley® adds a playful and rogue twist to the most powerful, sensual, and rebellious men’s fragrance of the 212 family. Ginger (top notes), pepper from Madagascar (heart notes) and vanilla (base notes) enhance the warm sweetness with an explosion of energy.

"At Carolina Herrera we have always embraced joy and optimism as antidotes against life’s difficulties, so this collaboration is 100% in-step with our philosophy,” says Carolina A. Herrera, beauty creative director. “We truly believe that bold and bright colors, a fabulous handbag, and a powerful perfume can lift the spirits. We’ve always been a brand that wants to put smiles on peoples faces.”

Special Edition By Mr. André

To celebrate 50 years of defiant optimism, Smiley® has created a series of 50 collaborations with 50 global brands to highlight positivity, creativity and unity. Legendary graffiti artist Mr André applies his signature touch to our iconic 212 VIP fragrance with a zesty orange exterior and hand-drawn Smiley® logo.

Celebrating 50 Years Of Creativity & Positivity

In January 1972, we originally used Smiley® and “Take the Time to Smile” to highlight feel-good stories in a host of Europe’s leading newspapers.

Spreading good news and happiness & positivity was our antidote to bad news and Smiley® became a simple reminder that everything will be ok in the end.

Today, Smiley® powers its message of positive journalism through Smiley® News, shining a light on everyday heroes doing exceptional work in their local communities to support charities and non-profit organisations.
