Step 1: Make It Pop
Using a thin brush, wet the Chic Mono Eyeshadow in Rose (color n° 5) to create a punchy, bright pink eyeliner and draw a simple, graphic line. To ensure the color really pops, leave the lashes uncurled and skip the mascara.
