Shipping

We currently ship throughout Brazil. Check delivery availability in your region using the shipping calculator available on our website.

For fragrance and makeup orders we offer: 

- Free standard shipping on all orders over R$ 100, otherwise R$ 15. 

Delivery between 10am-8pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 10am-6pm (except national holidays). 

Delivery times may vary depending on the region, they will be available to be calculated in product page and check-out when introduced CEP. 

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from www.carolinaherrera.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied you can return any product to us. 

For fragrance and makeup orders: 

Right of withdrawal: In case of withdrawal, the request must be made within seven (7) calendar days after the date of receipt of the product. Please note that returns are only free of charge from the regions we deliver to for fragrances and make-up orders. 

To return items, you must contact Customer Service via Chat, E-mail, or WhatsApp.

The customer must take the package to the post office branch of their choice using the Return Shipping Code that will be provided.

The refund will be made in the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days after our team receives the returned product(s).

All returned items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed and accompanied by all documents provided with them at the time of delivery. 

Any personalized, revised or altered products, or any products returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled, may not be refunded. 

If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Carolina Herrera will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s). 

Please note that all fragrance and makeup items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Try, Buy & Decide

As we are unable to accept returns of beauty products that have been opened, we offer free samples of our fragrances, so you can decide if they are right for you before opening them. Find out more. 

When you order any of our beloved fragrances, select a sample of this fragrance at checkout, if it is not already pre-selected. We only recommend choosing an alternative sample if you are sure you wish to keep your fragrance purchase, as once the full-size item has been opened it will no longer be eligible for return, as per our returns policy. Please remember the sampling is restricted to stock availability.
