1) Can I order from your website?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Brazil and the United States. We plan to ship to more countries in the future. If you sign up to our newsletter, we’ll let you know as soon as we launch in your country. In the meantime, you can find your nearest Carolina Herrera store using our store locator.

2) How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply click on the My Account icon visible on the top right corner of the website and enter your details.

3) I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

To re-set your password, click here or follow the “Forgotten password” instructions on the Sign in page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

4) I would like to edit my personal information.

To edit your personal information, simply log in to your account using the My Account icon visible on the top right corner of the website.

5) What is your Privacy policy and Cookies policy?

6) I would like to receive your newsletter.

You can sign up to our newsletter by filling out the form at the bottom of the Home page.

7) Can I add a discount code on all products?

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to products that are already discounted.
