Made To Last

Sustainability is not only a plus for the environment, but — through increasing the number of refillable fragrances and makeup as well as careful considered production of our fashion collections — also means our products last longer, a major benefit for customers.

Refillable Fragrances

Our iconic fragrances Good Girl EDP 100ml and Bad Boy EDP 150ml are now available in a refillable format.

We have estimated a comparative with equal figures of bulk: 300ml in case of Good Girl and 750ml in case of Bad Boy, so customers can see what a difference they are making in reducing glass, metal and plastic.

Refillable Fragrances

With Good Girl refillable, the material reduction comes to:

-40% in Glass | -53% in Plastic | -66% in Metal

This means if you buy one 100ml refillable bottle and one 200ml refill, it's equivalent to using three regular 100ml bottles.

With Bad Boy refillable, the material reduction comes to:

-49% in Glass | -73% in Plastic | -80% in Metal

This means if you buy one 150ml refillable bottle and three 200ml refills, it's equivalent to using five regular 150ml bottles.

Refillable Makeup

Our Herrera Beauty makeup products are intended to be worn and re-worn like eye-catching pieces of jewelry, and each of the iconic Herrera Beauty Fabulous Kiss Lipsticks, Good Girl Mini Tints, Good Girl Mini Lipsticks, Good Girl Maxi Glaze lipstick caps, and Fabulous Skin Powder cases are entirely refillable, meaning you can keep your lipstick caps and powder cases like precious heirlooms.

You wouldn’t just throw prized jewelry away — why throw your lipstick caps away just because it needs a refill?

Slow Fashion

Carolina Herrera New York prides itself on taking a considered approach to production and sourcing, only producing samples and pieces upon order.

At the CHNY atelier on Madison Avenue in New York City, we aim to create timeless pieces built to last, with a fundamental commitment to craft, quality, and respect for our employees, partners, and community.

Our New York Ateliers have an ongoing partnership with FABSCRAP, a textile recycling program. Because a sense of local, authentic artisanship isn’t at odds with global demand — it’s fundamental to it.

Since 2019, Carolina Herrera has diverted a total of 7,852 pounds of fabric from landfill. Which is the equivalent of 57.71 tons CO2 reduced or 866 trees planted.

82% of their fabric was also able to be reused and ultimately support our FAB community and their creativity.
