ويُعرف أيضاً باسم Extrait de Parfum، وهو أعلى فئات العطور تركيزاً. تتراوح نسبة تركيزه بين 20% و40% ضمن محلول من الكحول النقي بنسبة 96%. ويدوم هذا النوع لفترة أطول من غيره، لذلك يُفضل استخدامه في المناسبات الخاصة، لا سيما في المساء. وتشكل النفحات الأساسية الجزء الأكبر من تركيبته، حيث يركز صانع العطور على جودة هذه النفحات لإضفاء مزيد من العمق والثبات والفخامة. وتكفي بضع قطرات تُوضع مباشرةً على البشرة، ويفضل على نقاط النبض، لإبراز أثره العطري الغني وكامل قوته.
