The Try, Buy & Decide Process:

Step 1: Choose

SELECT YOUR SAMPLES & MINIATURE

With every fragrance purchase, you’ll receive at least three samples, including one of your chosen product (for selected fragrances). You can also replace the pre-selected sample with one of your choice.

Note: once opened, full-size items can't be returned.

Step 2: Try

TEST THE SAMPLE FIRST

Please test the sample before opening your fragrance. If no sample is provided, only open it if you're sure you’ll keep it, as opened items cannot be returned.

Step 3: Decide

LOVE IT? KEEP THE FULL-SIZE

Not for you? Return the full-size product for a refund, making sure you send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order, unopened and with all packaging intact. Returns are free from all the countries we deliver to. Note: See full details in our Returns Policy.

Shipping and Returns

To return any item you can use the pre-filled and prepaid return label that you will find inside the envelope. Please note that all fragrance and makeup items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
