HERRERA CONFIDENTIAL LAUNCH EVENT IN MEXICO

On Wednesday 4th November, Carolina Herrera de Baez travelled to Mexico for the Herrera Confidential launch event accompanied by Rodrigo Flores, Givaudan Perfumer (Neroli Boheme and Herrera Tuberose fragrances). Several events took place during her three-day stay, including the exclusive Herrera Confidential presentation. In the evening, an exclusive dinner was organized in an intimate event location in Mexico City’s trendy area, La Roma, for 30 media partners and for special guests of the brand. In addition, Carolina Herrera de Baez in collaboration with Vanity Fair presented exclusively the Herrera Confidential collection to 11 Mexican VIPs and invited them to a typical Mexican lunch hosted by Vanity Fair Mexico Sub Director, Teresa Medina. On Thursday 5th November, Herrera Confidential was presented for online media, webzines and local influencers at the Husset. Carolina Herrera de Baez attended the Grand Opening of El Palacio de Hierro, the biggest luxury department store in Latin America. On Friday 6th November, an official opening took place of the corner for press media and guests of the brand.

6th Fragrance Oscars Arabia 2015 Ceremony

On November 11th, the 6th Fragrance Oscars Arabia 2015 ceremony was held at the Jumeirah Mina A'Salam Hotel, Dubai. Foundation Arabia Awards every year celebrate the global fragrance industry and its outstanding creative achievements in the world of perfumery. We had a remarkable Jury session on 1st of November 2015 headed by Mr. Ali Jaber, where top leaders from Fragrance, Retail, Media, Luxury and Fashion industries graced the jury panel with their time and expert verdict. The Herrera Confidential collection was awarded for the best connoisseurs ‘choice of the year in the exclusive collection category. CAROLINA HERRERA CH PINK

On Tuesday 13th October a Media Breakfast was held in the Four Seasons Johannesburg (South Africa) to present the new CH PINK “We don’t give up campaign” where press was invited to learn about the initiative of the brand internationally and in South Africa. More than 80 guests had the pleasure to listen to Carolina Herrera and Carolina Herrera de Baez, professor Carol-Ann Benn (one of South Africa´s leading authorities on breast disease) and Khanyi Dhlomo (entrepreneur, media mogul and patron of the “Support with a Smile” campaign in South Africa). Together with a group of survivors who today voluntarily work at the Breast Health foundation, the campaign “We don’t give up, you are not alone” made a statement to women suffering from the disease and encouraging them to go to their medical examinations. On Thursday 15th October, Carolina and Carolina Herrera de Baez also visited the Breast Health Foundation at the Helen Joseph Hospital to make a tribute to all those women fighting breast cancer and to all those of them who are behind the success of the local initiative “Support with a smile” . Professor Carol-Ann Benn and her care givers in the Hospital gave a moving speech and thanked Carolina Herrera fir her support the fight against breast cancer South Africa and many other countries.

NEW CH PINK CAMPAIGN CONTINUES TO SUPPORT THE FIGHT AGAINST BREAST CANCER

This year CH PINK campaign puts on the most defiant face; the face that is most determined to give strength to all women with breast cancer. And it does so positively by sending out an optimistic message under the slogan “We don’t give up”. It aims to transform a visually powerful gesture into an iconic one: two parallel pink lines on each cheek to show that it is possible to stand up to cancer. In order to ensure the greatest involvement possible, the brand has established a close collaboration with local associations committed to the cause of fighting breast cancer. Carolina Herrera will be working in partnership with the Laço Rosa Foundation in Brazil, La Cruz Rosa in Mexico, the Breast Health Foundation in South Africa and the Spanish Association against Cancer in Spain.

Carolina Herrera collaborates with internationally renowned photographer Mario Testino to create the brand’s first global advertising campaign covering all product categories from fashion and accessories to fragrances. The campaign imagery represents a single visual vocabulary for the strong codes of the brand, consistent with the creative vision established by founder, Carolina Herrera, over three decades ago. Long time friends, Carolina Herrera and Mario Testino join together for the Fall 2015 advertising campaign to capture the essence of the House - covering the full product portfolio, including Carolina Herrera New York, women’s ready-to-wear, CH Carolina Herrera, men’s and women’s lifestyle fashion and accessories, eyewear and CH Carolina Herrera men’s and women’s fragrances.
