Inspired by the whimsical print heritage signature to the House of Herrera, Carolina Herrera makes a splash this season with the introduction of swimwear to compliment the Archive III daywear. Comprised of four of the most amusing and vibrant prints rediscovered from the designer’s vast print library, the Collection features seven silhouettes - ranging from a plunging neckline maillot, to high-wasted bikinis paired with bandeau tops and a classic scoop-back one piece – with matching beach towels and tote bags. Transitioning from sea to sand, the motifs - each with an inspiring story of their own - are paired with sleek cotton silhouettes for effortless summertime dressing with a twist.
To celebrate the launch, The House tapped swimwear blogger and social media phenomenon, Natasha Oakley, to be featured in a digital campaign. No stranger to the water herself, Oakley jumped right in to embrace the fun spirit and beach chic style the capsule lends itself to. Captured by husband and wife photography team, We Are the Rhoads, the digital initiative will be presented on Carolina Herrera’s social media platforms in early April to align with the delivery date. The Collection, which begins at $490, will be available in Carolina Herrera boutiques and selected retailers.
